This restaurant is part of a hotel but totally separate in all senses. We booked for Christmas day on the recommendation of Esta, the receptionist at La Rosaleda camp site.
The staff were very friendly but did not speak good English. That aside we had a wonderful meal. The starters – garlic prawns, delicious. Ham croquettes were very tasty. Vegetable soup, excellent
We were told the steaks were a speciality and the entrecôte was succulent and well cooked. The pork chop, well cooked, thick and tasty. Others in our party chose tuna in tomato (a dish which won a regional award) the presentation was brilliant and an award winning local stew.
Desserts were standard fayre with a couple that had been home cooked. I particularly enjoyed the rice pudding with cinnamon.
The bill including drinks and wine came to €80 per couple. Great value. Highly recommended
