This is a quintessentially English pub in all the sense of the word. Standing at the bottom of the Napton flight on the Grand Union Canal. The landlord Mark dons a perfect waxed moustache and much of the internal decor relates to amusing puns on the said moustache.
The food here is great and refined. The staff without exception attentive and efficient.
I can’t fault this gem and its popularity says it all so, 10 out of 10.
